OK Home was my favorite but no longer favorite. I have stopped to order monthly cleaning subscription since 6 months ago, subscription was cancelled and I confirmed to the Help Desk as well, but the system keep stealing money from my card every month. When asking for refund, it takes forever.

Got a staff who corrupt the duration. She said that she has arrived 30 minutes before the schedule but clicked start button 27 minutes after the work. She didn't want to come back for the rest of duration. Definitely not recommend this app as the staffs in my area are limited, and of course there are no 'unwanted staff' option, just 'favorite staff'.

First time user & surely be my LAST. Cleaned my bathroom floor without being told to & used chemical that wasn't meant for cleaning floor. STAINED my floor big time but they refused to take responsibility for the damages & hide behind "NO TOOLS SERVICE". It's clearly stated on the T&C that "OKHOME is hereby released and discharged from all forms of compensation for such damage, unless it can be proven that the damage was an error or negligence of OKHOME". Now I have to live with my STAINED floor
